Every two years, Forma viva in Ravne invites two to three 
artists to create a scuplture.

The sea has been captured. The salt harvested. Traces of man
in the salina Landscape. Secovlje Salina.

According to Nina, The salt was the first local product that 
became "capitalistic" in a nice way. Slovenia is a young capitalistic
country, talking with Slovenian people, you can feel some nostalgy of
the socialism era, of living as a linked community.

with Croatia, to the south of Portoroz you will find the 
Salt Pans of Secovlje
